600km Charity Cycle to raise funds for Aware, Irish Cancer Society & Debra Ireland

eurosFour Irish football fans are planning a unique journey to this year’s #Euro2016 tournament. James O’Dwyer (Tipperary), Cormac O’ Keeffe (Cork), Tom Fox (Kildare) and Jonny Lane (Cork) plan on cycling almost 600km to Paris to raise much needed funds for three fantastic Irish Charities – Aware, Irish Cancer Society & Debra Ireland.

“It’s a big undertaking but we are all huge football fans who were planning to attend the Euro’s but wanted to combine it with something special to show our support for these charities. We have set ourselves an aggressive fundraising target of €10,000.”

“As a group we choose these charities as they are close to our hearts and we are hugely passionate about the work they do around mental health, cancer research and supporting families who have children with EB. All the money we raise will go directly to our chosen charities as we are funding our trip entirely ourselves,”
