Hows your squat??? Ass to Grass?? Just as we should eat the foods our bodies were designed to eat, we should move our bodies the way they were meant to move and impose the stressors they were meant to bear. That means squatting, and squatting often. Our hips flex, knees bend, and ankles dorsiflex so that we can rest comfortably in a squat position.
We are delighted to announce the Kettlebelle Squat Clinic – in conjunction with Pinnacle Movement – Crossfit 536 and Physio Kinetics.
This 4 hour clinic is ideal for anyone who wants to improve their squat from total beginner to seasoned gym goer!

Refreshments and healthy snacks will be provided on the day. Every attendee will receive a lacrosse ball (for mobility) and a take away sheet for ongoing development. We recommend bringing a foam roller with you on the day although this is not mandatory.

Albert Kehoe – Head Coach and Director at Pinnacle Movement Crossfit 536, Chartered Physiotherapist and Strength and Conditioning Coach and founder of Physio Kinetics. Albert is the Head Physiotherapist at PhysioKinetics, and Head Coach at Crossfit 536. He specialises in working with individuals at all levels of athletic development helping them to reach their potential. His expertise is in functional sports rehabilitation and in optimising human performance and mobility. He provides functional assessments and an individualised progressive approach for injury prevention, treatment of injuries and rehabilitation, and progressive strength training to help you achieve your best. He graduated from University of Limerick with a BSc. Physiotherapy (1st Class Hons). He holds many post graduate certifications and is committed to continuing professional development. For five years he was the Head Physiotherapist to Blackrock RFC and has been an invited speaker at the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland and IRFU sports medical conferences. He has delivered mobility workshops in CrossFit gyms in Ireland and the UK
