Protein Balls with Chia and Cacao

Makes 25 Protein Balls

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place nuts, cacao, cinnamon and protein powder into a blender/processor
  2. Blend until the mixture looks crumbly
  3. Add in the dates, vanilla extract & chia seeds processing again until the mixture begins to come together
  4. Add a little water or unsweetened almond milk if it’s not mixing through and evenly
  5. Once mixed thoroughly , form into small balls

Store in the fridge for a week – 10 days of snacking J

You can also roll them in desiccated coconut for an added twist and to mix it up I tend to do this!

Nuts can also be altered to suit your taste (macros will change with these edits and additions)
