Base:
BFree gluten free wrap
Thin layer of tomato puree
Topping:
Go crazy and choose whatever tickles your fancy!
I went for the following:
Buffalo tomatoes sliced
Diced chorizo sausage
Peppers
Red Onion
Rocket
Spinach
Sprinkle of Low Low Cheese
Oven Bake at 200 degrees for 12 minutes
Serve with Sweet Potato Oven Wedges sprinkled with Paprika!
