How To Date A Fit Girl..

1: Strong is the new Skinny!

Please don’t tell us we’re skinny – we are lean and if we ask you ‘does my bum look big in this’ the answer is YES!

 

2: No we can’t ‘skip the gym’

Our workouts are very high on our list of priorities – its not that we dont wanna hang with you we just dont want to have to ‘skip the gym’ to do so!

 

3: Gym gear – get used to it

We workout in it, we chill out in it and we want it as a gift for our bdays and xmas. Dont like sweat pants and sports bra’s?  Move on!

 

4: DOMs

We get them and when we have them do not expect sex – under any circumstances

 

5: Partying every weekend…ummmmm…

Sometimes (usually) we just wanna curl up on the couch watching the Crossfit Games and eating Paleo brownies

 

6: Sniggering when we talk about our Snatch is not cool

If you dont know what it is..your probably not boyfriend material

 

7: Dont ask us to flex our biceps in front of your mates

Its not cool..

 

8: It is REALLY exciting when we hit a PB

And we are gonna want to tell you ALL about it – act interested..even better..BE interested

 

9: Dont get jealous

We know alot of men with alot of muscles – no we dont flirt with all of them

 

10: Coffee is the way to our hearts

Especially first thing in the morning
