Ultimate Gluten Free Brownies

Delicious moist refined sugar, nut and gluten free brownies.  These are so good my boyfriend finally forgave me for making him eat chocolate pudding I made with avocadoScreen Shot 2015-02-05 at 1.13.18 PM (I thought it was delicious), he has conceded that my sweets now stand up to my savories  

I love these naughty but nice little chocolate treats, hope you love them too

Ingredients 
·         ½ cup coconut flour (50 grams approx)
·         ½ cup dark cocoa powder
·         115 grams of unsalted butter (melted)
·         3 eggs
·         ½ cup organic maple syrup
·         1 tablespoon organic vanilla essence

Method
Preheat your oven to 150
Get a mixing bowl and add your dry ingredients (coconut and cocoa)
Add your melted butter then your eggs (whisked together )
Using an electric whisk start mixing your ingredients together
Add your maple syrup and vanilla essence keep mixing until it’s all mixed evenly Grease up a ceramic or glass dish approx 8 x 8 inch with butter
Pour in your gooey chocolaty mix and pop in the oven for 30 mins
When it’s done leave to sit for 30 mins or so before slicing and serving
Delicious slightly warm but I thought after refrigerating overnight they were even better!
