kettlebelleWe believe health, fitness and well-being should be accessible to everyone, whilst we admire and respect woman who stick to rigid diet plans and workout regimes we
understand that this isn’t a reality for 90% of women who struggle balancing careers & family life with their own health and fitness goals. 

Health & fitness is our passion however we started our journey’s later in life and have had to learn how to balance our passion with what we call our ‘real life’ (the boring stuff)! When we started out the one thing we couldnt find was real, honest help that we could apply to our daily lives and that is where the idea for this blog came from.

We will share everything we’ve picked up along the way – at home workouts, healthy easy recipes via Barbelle Cafe, goal setting, juggling at home routines with a healthy life and everything we continue to go through and learn as we strive to achieve our goals.

This is not a blog for elite athletes or bikini models (although we do look at photos and think one day that will be me!!) It is for us everyday girls that often need some help, tips, motivation or a swift kick up the arse to get ourselves on the road to being the HEALTHIEST, FITTEST, STRONGEST VERSION OF OURSELVES.
